After 20 years in the furniture restoration industry as owners of A Lasting Touch Furniture Restoration and Chair Caning in Rock Hill, SC, we’ve decided to slow down a bit and enjoy semi-retirement in coastal Georgetown, SC.

Our newest venture, Palmetto Cane & Weave, brings over two decades of chair caning and weaving expertise to the Hammock Coast and Lowcountry of South Carolina. While we now call Georgetown home, we’re proud to continue servicing our original communities throughout North and South Carolina.

In addition to offering professional caning and weaving services, we also provide the same high-quality supplies we use in our own work for those who prefer to do it yourself. Specialty weaving materials can also be custom ordered to suit unique needs.

We’re happy to repair or reglue your treasured furniture pieces, and each item receives our signature finishing touch: a polish with premium wax to bring out the wood’s natural beauty.

All caning and weaving quotes are provided in person at our Georgetown workshop or virtually through email, text, or the various social media platforms we utilize. All work is done in our Georgetown workshop where we are insured and licensed to operate.
